1. Core wear parts of the blast wheel (highest wear, mainly high-chrome cast iron)

- Blade Accelerates steel shot at high speed, replace as a matched set; replace if there are chips or thinning

- Distributor Distributes steel shot to each blade

- Control Cage Controls the angle of steel shot ejection, the opening position directly determines the blasting track on the floor

Tips for selection

- High-chrome parts last longer than ordinary manganese steel; floors experience heavy impact, prioritize high-chrome castings

- If there is shot leakage or uneven blasting marks, first check the control cage, brushes, and liners
