Standard cast steel shot process: induction furnace smelting → water atomization and centrifugal spheroidization → quenching → low-temperature tempering (220~320℃) → multi-stage screening, roundness selection, inspection

Key point: After quenching, the steel shot contains huge internal quenching stresses. Low-temperature tempering retains the high-hardness martensite matrix while relieving internal stress, significantly reducing breakage; ordinary steel shot often skips low-temperature tempering or uses too high tempering temperatures, resulting in much lower hardness and fatigue life.
